Stephen Collier is a non-executive director across public-sector and private-sector health and care organisations. He is Chair of Healthcare Purchasing Alliance, a joint venture between Aviva and Vitality that negotiates on their behalf with private hospital providers.  In 2024 he joined the Board of GenesisCare (ex-US). Stephen practised as a barrister before healthcare management. He was appointed Group Chief Executive of BMI Healthcare, the UK’s largest private hospital group until 2018.
